Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Before you ship the item back to us for any reason, please send email to email@example.com with the details within 15 days after the delivery date according to the tracking number. In case you are exchanging the item for another size, we'll check and send another size to you once we have it in stock and receive the returned merchandise. If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement.
Your item will be eligible to be exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:
You communicated with us within 15 days after the delivery date according to the tracking number.
The item is in perfect condition and has not been worn
A copy of the original sales receipt is included in the email.
We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. In case you receive the defective item, please send the image showing how defective the product is and we'll send the replacement to you as soon as possible at no charge!
Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.
